From start to finish laser away staff blew me away. They were very professional, educated me on everything and quick to work. Elizabeth was my RN. She did a fabulous job of distracting me so I wouldn’t focus on laser and was super friendly. Can’t wait to get more sessions done. 10/10 recommend to anyone thinking about doing laser hair removal

Found this establishment through groupon Dallas. They are very efficient and organized. The location is clean and the staff is courteous and friendly. The consultant was very knowledgable and helpful to me. I will be returning for my first session in a few weeks.
I’ve done about 4 sessions with the Dallas location and have always felt comfortable and see great results so far! That being said I have done laser treatments before and know my hair follicles respond well to the treatment a majority of the time. I’m happy I didn’t look at reviews and get discouraged from going. However, after reading other reviews I can see how people were confused regarding the credit check, payment plan and payment policy. I work in a financial space and was extremely diligent about clarifying my questions as they spoke quickly and tried to make a sale. Do not be afraid to ask questions about the payment options (I spent around 15 minutes with my phone calculator out calculating the monthly payment to avoid interest) and do not give them your social security number unless you plan to sign on.
Highly recommend Laseraway. Always great customer service and quality work. Armando was helpful with accomidating my scheduled appointment and Amber was awesome at helping remove my tattoos. She is very knowledgeable and patient. My 2nd session with her and looking forward to the next!
