Dan offered immediate assistance with my prior legal needs. Dan and his team communicated with me consistently when needed to, I never had to reach out first when it came to getting updates, mainly because i knew I was in good hands. We should have known it was not going to go well with Dan Chern when we showed up for our scheduled appointment and he had know idea that he had one. After the initial visit we informed Dan Chern that we would most likely be using his office and the next day we confirmed and sent him the information he required. On the third business day with no response or communication at all from Dan Chern I called him. After a short conversation I ended up hanging up on him, I was pretty upset that I wasted a lot of and have nothing to show for it. I did finally get an Emil from Dan Chern stating that we would not be working together, and I agreed with him. I do not know maybe he had a bad week or something, but at the end of the day, I’m still pretty upset that I wasted a lot of and have nothing to show for it.

Called Dan for a free consultation today he literally called me back almost right away ( the only one who called me back as well) he lead me into the right direction he didn’t just dump the phone call when he found out he couldn’t help me because of my case.
