I wish I could like this place because it's so close to where I live but unfortunately I cant ! Most of the workers are friendly and helpfull and there is an adequate selection of products to choose from, but I donot like engaging with the owner(Lisa). Her attitude and disposition is really combative even if your asking a simple question about a product or purchase your making. Her responses always come off rude and dismissive. I am choosing to spend my money and my time at your business. You need to check yourself Ma'am. Especially during this pandemic many businesses are struggling or closing their doors. Appreciate your customers and respect them! Notably Black Women!!! Scale your attitude back a few notches, humble yourself and be honest!! I paid 80 for a wig that I ended up being dissapointed with when i got home and took it out the package because the curl pattern didnot match the wig displayed in the store. Contemplated calling you to request a refund or exchange but you have a o return policy on hair \ and quite frankly I didnot want to deal with as another customer termed it below your \snippy attitude\. So I'll deal with the dissapointment and the wig and give you this review instead. I also took the liberty to google the manufacturer of the wig as well as other online retailers and they price the exact wig I bought from you at significantly less!! Over priced products and an Underserving attitude dont go well together. Try gratitude, Fairness and honesty. I know the \Customer\ is not always right, but the customer is always deserving of the best quality service you can give! The fact that you have mixed reviews on here suggests something is unbalanced with the way you are conducting business. Figure out what that is!!
