Roberto and his staff are absolutely amazing!! They are so welcoming and extremely helpful. As soon as you walk in the door, they are ready with a smile. No matter what questions I had, they were there to assist right away. My company rented a unit for over 6 years, and the condition of the unit remained in pristine condition. I would recommend Life storage to anyone in the area!!

Best storage facility in Dallas. Roberto is extremely nice and very thorough. The area is clean and well kept. Mayela was very sweet and thorough as well when helping me out with the truck rental process. As I was driving the truck, I had envisioned getting a flat tire. I then thought to myself “Roberto was so kind, I feel like he would come help me with the truck if it came down to it” Anyway, I’ve transferred second storage there and planning to move my third. Would recommend this storage unit to anyone.
I had an amazing experience with this place. The facility is clean and maintained to a very high standard. Roberto and his staff are absolutely amazing. First class customer service. So helpful and accommodating. I wouldn’t recommend any other storage faculty.
