Horrible customer service, rude, short and provides an all around unpleasant shopping experience. NEVER have I had a “luxury” brand try to pass a defects blame onto a customer. Their bags start showing white marks and scuffs after 2 days of use but it “must be your fault from an outside source”. The what I’m assuming “manager” said she’s worked there for 10 years and has never seen this issue, which I know is a lie because everyone I know with a long champ bag has had the same white marks. The only positive about this that they did replace the bag after having purchased a week prior. However was warned next time they would need to charge and send out for repair. Do yourself a favor and pay more for a bag elsewhere that stands behind their product and provides a good shopping experience. Very disappointed and this experience also explains why I have never seen anyone else in their store.

I will start by saying I never heard of this brand before a couple months ago when I saw them in Nordstrom. I fell in love with the quality. I was so happy to see they were opening a store in Northpark considering they are a European brand. I have had my eyes on a bag, and my husband finally said I should buy it. I found a website online that is their largest authorized retailer in the states: Sands Point Shop, and instead decided to just buy the bag in Paris when I go next month, until Sands point sent me an email: 20% off the entire store, no sales tax, free shipping. UMM Yes. I went into Longchamp to see if they would price match the other retailer. I was met with some of the WORST customer service. Between the way the held their noses up at me, and the looks and tone the manager gave me, I felt like a second class citizen. The doubted I was even getting a eal bag\, they have never heard of this place before, and that doesn't sound credible...So I pulled up their very own Website to show a list of Authorized retailers in the US, and there was Sands Point. I said I would love to give them the business if they price matched, and they said they need to call corporate to verify what I was saying and get permission and wouldn't know until tomorrow. \Call us tomorrow when we open\--If you are a high end bag retailer, or just had excellent customer service, you should call me and follow up. When I did call them, \um yeah sorry we can't help you\- Fine by me, I paid 682 for a bag that would have cost me 925 with tax at their store. I can handle the no, I get it...it was the tone I was given. Point of the story, use Sands Point Shop online. I got my bag, its gorgeous and paid so much less. The only think I would use this store for is to see the bag in person then immediately buy online. The employees are uneducated on the company, the bags, and customer service. Nothing good comes from being snobby and rude.
