I am a Dallas native who just moved in and had a very easy and comfortable experience with the staff at Los Altos Trinity Green. In December, I walked in and was greeted by Cristian (leasing agent). During this pandemic, it has been difficult to find a property willing to safely provide in-person tours. I was able to walk the property as well as view the model apartment. During the application process, Cristian was helpful and answered all my questions and kept me informed of the status of my application. After signing a lease, Cristian provided detailed information regarding my move and next steps. On the day I picked up my keys, Cristian provided a “mini-orientation” of all the apps used by residents in the property! They also welcomed me with a special gift! I am so excited to return to my beloved Oak Cliff and Cristian and the staff at Los Altos Trinity Green made this move so much more enjoyable! Thank y’all!

My husband and I began our journey to find the perfect apartment months ago and had no luck. When we came to tour Los Altos, we immediately fell in love with the apartment complex. Cristian has been amazing in helping us find the perfect home within our budget and comfort. I am so happy that we finally chose Los Altos! If you are still debating about moving in, just do it. Cristian was great with helping me find my apartment. He scheduled an appointment with me same day that I called and I applied right after the tour. He was prompt to get me my welcome letter and lease. I am excited to move in to my new apartment. Definitely a great experience.

I have been looking for an apartment for my possible move at the end of the year and it has been hard as so many places are not touring. Or if they are it does not seem like they really want to help you. I set up a self-guided tour for Alta Trinity Green and was nervous when I arrived but was immediately offered a full in person tour which I was more than happy to accept. This has been one of the only places I have looked at that did this and even in these strange times I still felt taken care of. Once I know for sure if I will be moving to Dallas I will be coming back to this place!
