I have a big truck and park there each day. One day I parked there just over the line on one tire. this is during non-peak time and the space was readily available. Instead of giving a first time warning or charging me the actor extra space for 7 or 6 they charge me 50 plus a 3 administrative fee I think that's the county weights and measurements should take a look at price gouging of spots. That is not cool of them when you are always at the location. Not happy

There are con artists lurking around in this parking lot. Had a bad experience recently when someone told me the ticket machine is broken and I had to pay them cash to get a ticket. The guy took the cash, handed a fake ticket and vanished. I wish Google had ratings less than 1 star.
