LTV is a great place to live downtown. I moved in the building shortly after it opened, and apartments on both sides, and I have loved living here. The staff is really friendly and great with request. As a group they are very active with making sure you are enjoying your stay. While no place is perfect, there have been very few property level issues over the years I've lived here. An occasional elevator (4 available tho), the UPS or Amazon person \claiming they can't get in\ or the Cheerleader/vollyball takeover of downtown is about all there is to really complain about. These are just life events that cannot be changed or prevented and I will say the building waste no time in fixing whatever needs it, right away. If moving downtown, LTV should/must be on your short list.

Lived here for about 14 months. It's great living in the same building as the Hilton. Always super clean, never had a noise problem, and always felt super safe. Referred a friend here and didn't get the referral reward, but other than that I loved this community and building.
If you're considering living downtown, the LTV is an excellent choice. Lived there for a little over a year. Staff -super friendly and professional. Joe, Ian, Vernoica, and Arselli all do a great job. The maintenance crew with Mark and Carlos are super responsive and if something broke (which we only had the AC go out for 30min) then they fixed it almost immediately. Location - Downtown is alright. I moved to Dallas from Chicago for work and wanted to keep the \busy vibe.\ While it is busy during the work day, it quickly becomes a ghost town at night and weekends... which is actually kind of peaceful. The perks are the quick public transportation to the AAC and if there was a parade or protest then you really have front row seats from your apartment. The cons are that there is no visitor parking and finding parking downtown for guests can be a bit of a logistical issue. However, if your guest are fine with paying vallet then they can have the hotel park their car for them. The view - absolutely the #1 thing I'll miss about the building. One of the best views of Dallas. Especially if you face the Pegasus/main street. Overall, one of the best apartments I have lived in. Rent is priced correctly for what you get, and the quality of the apartments are pretty top notch.
People usually want to talk about the negative. Let’s be positive. Best living experience ever. Office staff is great, highly professional. Thank you Veronica, Aracelli and Joe. Maintenance staff takes care of work orders on a timely manner. Our views are amazing, best views downtown. Very convenient location! We also have the best resident parties. We are a fun and amazing community!!!
Been living here for a while and it has been great so far, the manager Joe Tick has gone above and beyond countless times for both me and my fellow neighbors. While every apartment building have it's own flaws, the management staff has done a great work of responding and assisting effectively. My only advice is for management to amp up the security of the building as downtown Dallas is getting more diverse traffic with different intentions.
