Communication was Terrible. Overall experience was Terrible. Due to lack of communication, I end up staying up 24 hours (I had to drive little less than 5 hours to get there). She claimed she notified everyone, but we weren't notified. We thought our pets were going to arrive at 4am. So I got there at 4 am. Drove through the night. No one was there. 8 am, office opened, so I go in. There were 2 employees and one sounded like he was on the phone. One lady, despite me saying hello, did not look up, UNTILL the other employee nudged her. ONLY THEN I was notified that flight was delayed and they won't be there for me to pick up until 2pm. She claimed she called everyone to notify, and went on to suggest that maybe we failed to check the message. None of our contact numbers we provided was contacted - no missed calls, no messages. At this point, I was up for 28 hours. I end up taking a small nap in my car in the parking lot. No public bathrooms so I had to drive to find a place I can use the bathroom at, wasting gas. When finally it was time, the same lady was just chatting away with another lady who was on her cellphone looking at things, showing her tattoo designs while I stand there and wait for the paperwork to be done and over with, so I can finally get the cats and go home, by driving another 5 hours (because of rush hour plus Friday evening traffic jam). This was my first time not utilizing door to door service (COVID I guess!) and I hope to never have to do it again. Customer service at the desk in itself is bad enough for me to never want to use this particular location ever again. I gave 2 stars instead of 1, only because those who passed the cats over to me, and checked my temp at the door, was very nice and helpful.

Great to work with shipping live animals. They take such great care of our special cargo. The new facility is much easier to get vans in and out to be able to unload. The inside sales team here in Dallas is so fantastic. They actually care about our business and are proactive in reaching out to us which makes them stand out in the air cargo industry.
Please do not use this company, they are not serious, I have used them three times and the dress am.using for my special occasion I sent through them, I was not able to use it. They are the only company that ask customs to check your clothes for agriculture, I have never seen that with delta cargo, I will never used them again.
