This Was my first time here...but they are great. We got in and out and the process was speedy. The staff handled everything we needed and made the entire process easier. Today I picked up my dream car...and drove it out .They helped me with the Battery Charge ,air, and gas....great customer service

This company have no sense of customer service, they treat carriers as clowns, their website says Lot Hours 6am to 10pm and at 9pm they locked the gate and didn't allow us to go out with the vehicle. The unpolite security lady told us to complain Manheim because they don't care.

Most of the guards are great . And the office people and golf people pretty good service also and one older guy that's drives a maintenance truck is is good at his job . But any other departments 3stars . And most of them u can find them in the cars your picking up running the gas out and leaving the key on so the battery will be dead as well.
