He bought the house next to me and I was warned that he was very difficult to work with by his tenant. He eventually tore the house down once the tenant moved out and he has constantly evaded myself and my neighbors on requests. He is building this house with no care for surrounding neighbors and still has not paid me for a fence that was built between our houses. Very poor communicator.

Most rude and horrible person I have ever encountered. His houses all look the same abs are slapped together. He thinks he own Dallas. He has no consideration for others when building his cheap and ugly homes. He has short man syndrome! Only one star bc you have too!
