Been coming every Saturday for a month and it NEVER disappoints. Hospitality at its finest! Restaurant is always welcoming and clean. The management and staff are the friendliest people you’ll ever meet. The food is amazing and I don’t want to try anything else because I love my same dish. I can’t get enough. Quit reading and go try for yourself!

Very tasty; my friend and I got quite a sample spread of everything and were not disappointed. The milk bread sounded misleading; it was good. The spam sandwich was good, the sauces were good, etc. The fried mushrooms and zucchini - they tasted a bit flavorless because if the batter, but fried food is really meh anyway.

The environment Marugame promotes is so amazing. A fast casual space that excells at guest experience is rare these days. The food I sampled wasn't the best thing I've ever had but for the price it was spot on. I will return in the future.

I don't write reviews, but the experience was so good I felt I really needed to share. The food is crazy good, but even if it wasn't I would go back for the staff. As other reviews stated, they are over the top welcoming and helpful. I had never been there before and ordered online so I didn't know the whole deal. When I arrived there I asked about getting a bottled water since I hadn't seen it online. They said sure, went over to the self service beverage area, and filled up two cups of water for my wife and I - not even a second thought, they just helped me. I didn't even notice until I passed them on the way to the bathroom and when I came out, they immediately let me know my wife was waiting for me outside. It feels strange saying this about a restaurant, but it was a very special experience that left both my wife and I in awe with a smile on our faces. I don't know when I'll be back in Dallas, but I'll be heading to Marugame Udon once I do.

Saturday night, we got there as they were closing. They were really helpful and friendly, food quality and service were excellent, presentation and taste were amazing. I would definitely go back!

I first had Marugame in Hawaii...and was so excited they finally opened up nearby. The kitsune udon reminds me of Japan. I've been back a few times and it's been consistently good. And the service is unbeatable. Such friendly people. Come support this place...you won't be disappointed!

Finally an udon place in Dallas that is casual. This is basically the “Subway” of udon. You walk in and customize your udon bowl. There are 4 tables outside for pandemic conscious folks.

After a big lunch elsewhere I needed a small snack for supper. I got the 5 steak to bars, which was 4 1 inch cubes on a skewer. It came with a lively green sauce. Exquisitely tasty, perfectly medium rare, best 5 snake snack I've had within memory.
