Mike and his team helped me transition my aunt into Medicaid. She had advanced dementia and as her Power Of Attorney, I had to manage her finances for the last two years of her life. She had very little money and no assets. She got to a point where my 78 year old mother could no longer care for her at home. Mike’s team helped me get her into a private pay facility until her money was depleted, then into a Medicaid facility. The process is daunting, but they helped guide me through a very difficult situation. You can try to do it on your own, but it is very over whelming. I would recommend you reach out to his team, if you ever find yourself in a similar circumstance. They were very reasonable compared to others I reached out to, and Emelia helped me whenever I needed it.
