Found this company through a trusted friend's referral and would also recommend them to others. Cody did a great job educating me on my options for problem - wasps hibernating in my chimney annually and coming into the house.

Had them come out to give an estimate on replacing three chimney caps, and received the estimate in a reasonable time. Later when I called to schedule the job, I was told a manager would call me to discuss. Waited several days with no return call. Repeated this process three more times, then was told they were going to \pass\ on the job with no explanation. Wasted several weeks, only to be left high and dry, with no resolution and back at square one. The woman answering their phone was very rude and unprofessional on four occasions.
Had the best experience with Cody on July 15, 2020. I believed that my damper was broken and had never had my fireplace inspected. Cody and his partner arrived on-time, with appropriate masks, and set out a tarp to inspect my fireplace. The detailed report as well as the customer service, education, and usage instructions they provided were exceptional and I will be using them for any/all future fireplace/chimney needs.
Mark was great! He cleaned our dirty chimney without leaving a spec of dirt.
From the initial visit and estimate Masters was concise and professional. The repair was neat and precise. They show up when they say.They do great work!
