Maxim Fire Systems has been my company of choice for a number of years. It is difficult to find quality and affordable contractors in the apartment industry and Maxim surpasses even the best of fire system companies out there. They are dependable and always quick to help in emergencies, competitively priced, they will meet and/or beat prices of other companies and you can ask for better technicians, they are professional, courteous and always have the customers best interest in mind.

Horrible company to do inspections!! I had about 1500 dollars and credit cards he used, taken from me from a Hispanic kid on my camera last week!! DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! Even the inspector isn’t ever on site with these kids!! I have also informed the fire marshal of this. Make sure you are always home when they do inspections!!!
Either my apartment maintenance staff or these folks stole personal and valuable items from my apartment. This happened 100% during the annual fire inspections at my apartment complex. Be inside your units during inspections! Do not trust people inside your apartment, lesson learned.

I live in a small apt complex Riverside Villa . Got a notice that y'all from Aug 25 to the 27 will need to be onsite for inspections . The problem I have with this is that as I said this is a small complex and it would have made more sense to say that on Aug 25 we will do # buildings and so forth . However your company seems to rather put people in inconvenience mode for those three days . Some of us have pets some work some are home . SO this way three days are just waiting and waiting.. Perhaps y'all could think of a better way to do this going forward .
