I have lived at Meadowstone Place for five years! It is a wonderful place to retire and a beautiful place to enjoy and be active in your later years! I cannot express how accommodating and caring the staff at Meadowstone are! The director, Paige, her assistant Christi, just to mention two, are ever ready to assist a resident in anyway! The activities are fun and stimulating too! The grounds of Meadowstone are so luscious and are so inviting while on ones walk around the property! Most of all, the residents as well as the aforementioned staff at Meadowstone are so kind, friendly, and genuine that you feel like it’s home!!!

Property is reasonably well managed and the staff is friendly, but the property itself is outdated and not well maintained. These apartments are 50 years old and have never been renovated. Bathrooms and kitchens are for the most part original. Bathroom fixtures and tile and are in poor condition, repairs are made only when something breaks or there’s a leak. Updating is limited to paint and carpeting. No accommodation has been made to improve accessibility in the apartments, which is a missed opportunity. It seems that the owners are just trying to save money and maximize returns, treating the place like a cash register. There are elevated walkways and outdoor elevators to allow for easy access to second story units, but various elevators are perpetually out of order and repairs are slow in coming. Otherwise, it is a nice community of friendly people and my friends felt safe there.
My parents are staying here while my dad is waiting for his heart transplant. He received his new heart on September 20, 2019, and are recovering nicely and we just love this place. The staff are amazing, the facility is always clean, we just love it.
I have been looking at this place for over a year. I looked at other locations and I always came back to this one! It's more of a home feel, cozy, beautiful landscaping. Abs there are so many amenities. I even love that they have an herb garden throughout the property, you can pick the herbs and take back to your home. They also have beautiful flowers that the community contributes to. It is just a really nice place. I'm glad I moved here. I've been here for about 3 weeks now I absolutely love it! Very attentive property managers. Safe and comfortable apartments. My mom loves living here.
