This hospital is where I was told to report for my Covid-19 immunization. In my mind I had the picture of a lot of people waiting in lines that were 3/4 mile with no attention to your appointment time. I arrived on time and was greeted by several of the hospital employees and perhaps volunteers. The walk from were I was dropped was long but at every junction there were people to reassure you that you were going the right way or to put you back on track. Reaching the area of immunization there were people to help fill out necessary paperwork, to assign your shot station and to be sure that you sat down until they were sure you were doing well. I cannot say enough about the experience showed me that this is a great hospital. Thank you Judith Thursday 9:30

I can't thank enough the amazing nurses and doctors that this hospital has. I had my first baby here a month ago and I had the most amazing experience. Being a first time mom you are scared and don't know what to expect. Everyone made us feel so comfortable, and despite the late hours everyone at the hospital was always kind, patient, supportive, helpful and smiling. After my baby was born, they had many resources like a breast feeding specialist coming to talk to us anytime we needed help, videos to watch in our room and pediatricians if you had any questions about the baby. The suite upgrade was beautiful, windows all over the room with the view of Dallas Skyline. I felt like we were at a hotel. They brought us food all day and the food was surprisingly good for a hospital. They had great options in the menu and we could chose anything we wanted. They took such good care of us day and night. Nurses were just a call away even when we had the smallest question or concern. My family and I are beyond grateful with all the staff, nurses and doctors we met at this hospital.

This is bye far the worst hospital in the DFW..... I came through ER around 11:30am 02/18/2021 because pain in my broken leg which my surgery was done here also on 02/05/2021.... which ER did a good job getting people in and out. But far as the rest of the staff absolutely terrible I took a Covid test it took 24 hrs before receiving the results not only that I was in ER room 33. Now I have told the doctor that that my pain is really bad at night so around 7:30pm I asked the nurse for pain meds she said she’s waiting on the ok from the doctor when I finally get some meds it’s 11:45pm. Now I’m getting moved to another room 4168 at 5am now I’m in this room from 5am until noon with no heat in this because the heater is broken. So I haven’t eaten I get in my new room 4162 everything is working food order 11:50am called the cafeteria about my order and they said it should be at the desk I called for the nurse and it was at the front desk I received my 1st meal of the day at 2pm.... very unsatisfactory and a horrible job by the staff

I'm part of the group that stands across the street from the the Emergency Entrance that claps for the hospital staff in the evenings. Anyone that would like to express similar appreciation can look for us between 7 and 8 . . . or take five minutes on your own. If driving, park in front of Jimmy John's, and look for the red paint on the sidewalk. Generally we clap for 5 minutes. Happy Holidays!

I had no idea when my biological mother was admitted on Wednesday that I would receive the assistance I was asking God for. I asked God to please just help me, due to her many illnesses and living arrangement I felt overwhelmed and so powerless. Then my mother gets admitted, and I'm contacted by a social worker named Alex. The minute our conversation started she put my mind at ease. I had been struggling finding the care my mother needs, she needs 24 hour around the clock care that I can't provide family and a full time job. Alex is a godsend, I had no clue there were people who still genuinely cared and understood your struggle. With a family member who is mentally ill, and now very ill physically. Alex has assisted me with nursing home placement for my mother. I didn't think I could get her into a nursing home facility due to multiple closed doors. Thank you for having such amazing staff who genuinely cares about others and understands life as it can get the best of all of us. Because of her, I feel at peace and serene knowing my family member is in great hands. My adopted mother (my aunt) actually passed away at this hospital, remembering back in 2011 we received such great care from your staff making her last days comfortable and peaceful. This hospital provides excellent care for their patients, and such peace and comfort for the family members with a commitment to be genuinely helpful. Also, thank you for finding something very serious another hospital missed. Thank YOU!
