I love Dr. Darden but my appointment was at 11am and it’s 12:10pm and I’m still waiting to be seen. I hope staff didn’t left me seating here waiting and they went to break! This is my second time this happens to me here.

ANP-C Neeley, treats my children and they just loves her. She is very tentative to what is going on with them She listens to all their complaints to determine what is wrong at the time. Her examinations are always comprehensive. She takes her time to make sure nothing is missed. I would definitely recommend her.

I like Dr. Burdex. She is very kind and thorough. The office staff, on the other hand, is the worst!! Clinic was running an hour behind for my first visit. They have made the wrong type of appointment for me and they never answer the phone. I can’t actually see her when i’m ill because either I can’t get hold of anybody or I can’t get an appointment any time soon so I end up at urgent care. The information on my MyChart is incorrect, but they will only correct it in person. If only I could get an appointment! I was willing to give it more chances because she’s so wonderful, but I really don’t have the time or patience any longer.

Dr Walters treated my son liil a nuisance. He acted like he was rushed and seemed to think we shouldn't even have come to him with the problem he was having. The first encounter we had with him was great. He was thorough and pleasant. But as time has passed he has turned into a doc in the box. Only good if you have a cold or sinus infection. His appointment scheduling desk was told why he was coming there. If he couldn't address the problem they should have said he would need to see an orthopedic doctor. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend.
