I made a purchase online and tried to return it inside of the store, which my receipt and customer service said I could. Only to be told by the ”acting manager” (who was very rude) that I could not return anything that was purchased online and that she would mail my return back to the warehouse, I would have to wait for them to process my return and that was my only option. After asking why and receiving the answer of ”because that's my store policy and I don't have to accept your return.” Needless to say I will not purchase anything else from Michael Kors online or in the store!

The employees were so nice and helpful. I told the lady helping me the watch I was picking up was a retirement present. She wrapped the watch and put it in a bag, it was so pretty!!
