They went WAY beyond the scope of what I brought my vehicle in for, looked up information and found some unbelievable cost saving info. The service was efficient and effective, I had my vehicle back in only two business days. The customer service was tip top, really made the entirety of having an issue with my vehicle an exceptionally palatable experience.

As always, my service experience was seamless and wonderful! Parker, the service representative was knowledged , efficient and professional. My Mini, Pixie is her name, was treated like royalty with a wash and vacuum after her annual check up. They may have even given her a treat!! I think she was smiling when they brought her out! Thanks again to the service department! Job well done!! I will be back.

Just buying a little used mini for my son, I didn't think sales or service could be such a big thing. We drove in 4 hours for this car. If I could give this team 10 stars I would. First car we inquired about fell through. Ryan the GM called me and said to be honest he would not put his kid in that car. To break the news to my son was harsh. He has wanted a Mini since before he had a drivers license. Then I got a text a few days later from \Zu\ the best sales woman around. She had something that might work. And it did!!! They were amazingly fast, friendly and easy negotiating. The finance guy spoke to my son like a dad. Told him things to watch out for. Some good do's and don't with a Mini Cooper as well as a car loan. Will certainly look to BMW/Mini of Dallas the next time I need a vehicle. Thank you all!!! Hodge/Stephenson

I had my car battery replaced. My service advisor (Parker) explained quite clearly what my options were to replace the battery, and even gave me a great deal on the more expensive battery as my coupon required a standard battery and they did not have any in stock. Parker even kept me informed on the progress of the my car repair while I waited. I waited in the lounge for the roughly two hours it took to replace the battery, but the wait was pleasant. The lounge is clean, has comfortable seating, a well stocked coffee machine, and TVs to spend the time while your car is being worked on. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.
