My grandmother, mother and now father/step-mother have been residents of Monticello West over the years. Each time a relative has entered the facility, they have received consistent treatment by the staff that is based on their unique needs. I am actively involved in their care and help guide them when new issues arise. They are also proactive to let me know when personal situations change and provide recommendations, if needed. Monticello West is a long-standing retirement community that has survived lots of change in the healthcare/retirement living industry because of their consistent, quality living environment and care.

Monticello West has been a perfect assisted living facility for my Aunt. Two months after moving my Aunt into Monticello West, the Covid-19 pandemic hit the world. The director and staff have done an extraordinary job of keeping my Aunt safe and cared for. While I personally haven’t been able to visit my Aunt in person during this time, I hear in her voice that she is happy and feels well taken care of. I thank Monticello West for their dedication to the well-being of the residents that have chosen to live there.
My experience with MW, has been one of highlights in my life. Here at MW are some of the kindest people I’ve ever met. I have been privy to the excellent formatting and thoughtful detail that, Shelley, the Activities Director, puts forth in creating healthy mental and physical routines for the residents. There are incredibly brilliant, and fun loving residents here at Monticello West!
My sister, mom, cousin, and I needed a loving place for our Uncle to live due to his dementia. We needed an excellent home for him where he could have memory care and be in a safe environment. Monticello West provides that for us. We are so thankful! Heather Ward
This facility is excellent! The staff is caring and attentive. My family and I have absolutely no complaints or concerns. Hopefully, no one else in our family needs a facility like this but should the need arise, Monticello West will be the place we choose.
