My company does residential installs for TV and internet services and, though we are cautious and attentive, sometimes things go wrong and damage happens. After several attempts using other companies and then finding Mr.Handyman, I will always go to Mr.Handyman. They are very professional and treat our customers how we would. They are certified and reliable. They really work with us and our customers to make our customers happy and get all documentations and proof we need to resolve damages. They do a great job and really accede our expectations. They are quick to respond and are great at communicating. We have also referred them to our customers when they have work to do on their homes or have questions about repairs. When there were tornado damages, we referred them to our customers and our own staff. Mr.Handyman's prices are also reasonable. They have repaired sprinkler lines, dry wall(ceiling and wall damages), and ceiling fan damages for us over the years. They hold high standards for their techs and we have never had a bad experience with them. They sent us an email \The team at Mr. Handyman of Midwest Collin County\, asking for a google review and this is our honest opinion of our experience with them and Mr.Handyman in other DFW locations.

I cannot begin to say enough good things about Mr Handyman - in particular their handyman extraordinaire Richard. We have had Richard do work in our homes on multiple occasions during the last 5 years. His superior knowledge, talent, skills and expertise in so many areas is amazing! He also has a unique ability to prioritize projects and get them done efficiently, right, and ahead of schedule. He is always attentive to detail and he continues to amaze us by providing solutions to fix things we were convinced could not be fixed! To simply call him a Handyman does not justify him or his level of professionalism and expertise in every area. He also happens to be one of the very nicest people on this planet. We would not hesitate to recommend Richard to anyone. We are also very happy with Mr Handyman at the LBJ location as they have always been very responsive and friendly anytime we call. Not only were they on time, they were early. The estimated amount of time was spot on, so I knew how much it was going to be in advance. They offer to purchase supplies also, which could be a serious convenience if you don't know exactly what you need. I missed one connector for my project and Steven was up and back from Home Depot super fast. I have already planned to hire them for a couple of additional projects.
