Bad Brokerage. We asked about load details via email, Stephanie was the one who respond back with the details, when we agree on a rate, she sent a carrier packet for us to setup, it took us 30 to 40 minutes to do the setup, when everything was done, we sent 2 follow up emails to ask are we still good on the load. After 2 hours, we decided to call and we've been told is \Load is covered\. Don't have experience with them since we did a setup for nothing, but i don't recommend carriers to do business with someone who treat carries this way!

We were sent as a work-in to a facility and told it will be a quick load and delivery of 4-5 hours total. We told them that we have a pickup after their delivery so please make sure we get loaded and delivered fast. We were at the pickup one hour after signing the rate-con and were made to wait 4 hours after which we were told it will take another 2 hours just to load 9 pallets. The delivery time for 6 pm had already passed and we would have been unable to deliver that day and had to wait till next morning and then lose our other load as well. It was a misrepresentation on Shejuana's part and when we requested a TONU for not being able to pick and drop that day it was denied saying they told us it would be a work-in. I lost my other load as well and not got paid a dime on this one due to their mis-communication and mis-representation. When the broker misrepresents the delivery time and expects driver to just wait forever and over-night without paying a dime more, then it is totally unacceptable. Either pay the TONU or the over-night...can't have it both ways.

-Toxic work environment, -They make you work in office 6 days a week when only paying your for 5 days and require you to constantly check email throughout day every day -Terrible benefits -Only 50 Hrs of PTO/ YEAR -No organization -Management is clueless -No training structure -Terrible pay rate
I have to say i love working with this company. I had a load with Nick Strain. He was honest and friendly always on the phone. If i had a question he would return with a answer promptly. i recommend to work with these guys. Nick will take care of you!
