If you have the luxury of being helped by the taller lady then you’ll have a great experience. The shorter lady with the black/gray hair is super rude. I own an Etsy shop and considered purchasing thank you cards here but this will not be a place I’ll be spending my money because of her lack of customer service skills.

This store is amazing!! The entire store is well stocked and everything is really great quality. The staff is fast and polite. I love my personalized cards and am so excited to send them out to my students.
I was kindly directed to this store by an employee at a florest and gift shop that did not carry what I was looking for. I had never been here before. They had a nice selection of greeting cards, stationary and other paper goods and gifts.

This family owned business gives you exactly what you expect in terms of customer service and quality of product. The owners helped me personally when I was in the store looking for a special birthday card. Since I moved away, I've had to order online and their new website makes it so easy! Their collection of cards is unique and I know that when I'm giving someone one of Needle in a Haystack's cards, they're going to love it. I highly recommend this store for all your stationary needs.
