Splurged on the clearance racks. Found some great Theory and 7seven pants that raise my fashion game well beyond the price I paid. If you are reading this just go to the store and explore. We need to save this icon of Dallas and global retail. Think of it as a donation that pays back!!!

Maris Crane's mecca. The flagship store retains its historic appeal and slips in updated first two floors. I can imagine a revamped Audrey Hepburn movie on site during the pandemic desertedness.
I love coming here. Haven't been back in a while. I went to do some holiday shopping and I hadn't browsed through a store since the beginning of the pandemic. Luckily there aren't big crowds here but the sales associates in the makeup department won't just let you browse. They just lead you to their counter. I mentioned to one I just wanted to browse. I even mentioned she could walk with me because after so long in lockdown I wanted to look around before buying. I was going to buy but her pushyness in just trying to keep making me go back to her counter and not letting me browse turned me off. I just left and bought what I needed online. That has always been a problem at this store in this department but it really was bummer this time when I just wanted some space to look. They just seem incapable of just letting you look around that floor
