If your not going to be open because of covid, you should update Google. Alit of people use it to find places. Google says you are open! How about fixing it!

I am always pleased with the staff when I visit this branch. However, today I was very impressed with them. There was an older lady in there who had some challenges with the computer as well as other issues. She was loud and let's just say had very little patience or tact when requesting assistance..she was sort of demanding. I commend the staff members because they were all so patient with her and kindly assisted her. I was there for almost two hours and it was still going on when I left. I applaud them for their professionalism.

I enjoy this library's staff TREMENDOUSLY always eager to help and they SMILE..in 2018 I had an ischemic stroke after the stroke tons of paperwork needed to be faxed to HR-disability-cardiologist- neurologist-PCP etc...with no internet service at home I chose the hiram branch the staff made me reluctant to ask for help standoffish, unapproachable no smile so I felt uncomfortable especially because I was NEW at being disabled...so hours of trying to remember how to do it myself and fear of holding up the line from other people trying to use the computer I was definitely overwhelmed and reluctant to ask for help...I went to Dallas branch again reluctant to ask for help but a staff member saw me struggling and when I told her what my problem was she graciously helped me get started and periodically stopped by to check on me waaaaay less time to complete the task and I didn't feel overwhelmed I really appreciate the staff at the Dallas branch!!!
