A couple of weeks ago I came in for the first time with my friend and we loved the place. We're plant obsessed and we go to different places around DFW, this one is by far the prettiest. So organized and the selection is absolutely amazing. We even drove to the second location immediately after and there I bought plants and became a member for the point reward system. Then last weekend I was driving by with my mom and out of a whim I told her we should stop by quickly so she could see it, because it is beautiful! It was 4:30 and they were closing in 30 minutes so it was just a look-around. I told her, \you're going to LOVE their setup!\ And sure enough she did! She even picked up two plants. However the older cashiers up front were cold and rude. I instantly regretted bringing my mom in. If you close at 5 then you close at 5. We did not stay past 5. We did not make a mess. We did not hold anybody back from doing their job (closing the store). The younger girl and the gentlemen were kind, the one outside greeted us. Another one helped us take the plants to the car. But I don't know that any of this is enough to make me go back. When you don't treat people kindly it makes an impact. When the woman was checking me out she couldn't even make eye contact with me.

Beautiful plants! Was my very first time here and I can’t believe I’d never been here. The first lady I encountered was very rude and kept staring at me before finally asking if she could help me with something. I was literally just trying to take everything in. Went to the outside section and encountered an employee who very much cared about his job and had exceptional top notch customer service! Talked to me about how he got into plants and showed me the many varieties of basil they had. When I went back inside the lady who was now working in the orchids again was staring at me and aggressively asked if she could help me with anything. She almost seemed annoyed that I was there just looking at plants. At this point I was just going to check out so when I asked her about that, she told me “other side please”. I eventually just walked over and found where to check out by myself. Wish she hadn’t been so rude and that my only experience had been with the employee outside.
