If you do not have good credit to buy at regular dealership, DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! Save your money and buy a cash car until you can do better. This place preys on people who are unable to buy cars through traditional means. The payments are ungodly for the poor quality vehicles they have I paid 200 toward my son's payment before it became clear that they would not be giving him the car back. We were told of he wanted to end the contract, he had to pay 500. If he wanted to get his personal items out of the car it would be 700. I had already paid 200 toward the past due payment. They cancelled the contract. I should have known better from the shifty slick way the \manager\ was talking in circles, and changing the amount to be paid that they had no intention of giving him the car back. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO NORTHWEST AUTO SALES!!! No good can come from this place. You will thank me.

wouldn’t get a vehicle from these people they rush you into unfinished cars ... once you put your money down the car comes with many’s problems then they don’t give you time if you miss days on a payment.. ive recently spent 400 on parts missing out paying rent and they called harassing me about missing a payment which i verified and told that it would get payed the following week ... PLEASE DO NOT GET A VEHICLE FROM NORTH GATE OR “ ROYAL MOTORS “
Bought a 07 bmw 750i black at first the hood wouldn’t open, they said they would fix it. So upon purchase the oil light was on and was below minimum. Also the car was hesitant upon driving it home. Called them to let them know of the issue and they told me. When I bring the car back for them to fix the hood they would have their mechanic check out the oil and tune up. So after them having my car for a few days I asked them what all did they fix he said just the hood. (I was heated then) So I ended up having to drive the car with BELOW MINIMUM oil all the way to a mechanic. Check engine light was on code read multiple misfires. So I did my own tune up. Still there was a issue with misfires. Took it to my known mechanic he told me the engine is pretty much out of there and there was oil in the cylinders And I should take the car back. 2500 down the drain!!! These people should be put out of business! Small claims court here we come! Not to mention they advertised the car with NO MECHANICAL ISSUES!
I bought a car from them 3 months ago and overall the experience was great! I love my new car and they make the payments easy to manage! On top of all that they are great people!
