I had a craving for some fresh delicious sushi so I decided to try O Sushi and I was not disappointed. I ordered the 4 season roll, the Titanic roll, the Rainbow roll and some edamame. All of it was fresh and delicious. I will de order from here again!

Ordered for pickup and they had several orders sitting out with no temperature control. This is a health hazard especially as they had the door propped open and it is about 70 degree outside. When I asked about raw fish being left out, the owners became very hostile and argumentative. I then asked if they would remake the order and they refused. They were rude and the customer service was extremely lacking. In a time where many small businesses and restaurants are emphasizing customer support, it’s also important to provide good service. Edited for owner’s response: As suggested, I went back and checked the specific time & the exact temperature outside. At 6 pm when I arrived at the restaurant, the temperature outside was 68 degrees not 60 as the owner claims. The order was picked up about 40 minutes beyond the original pick up time of 5:20. I had a family emergency with my child and that caused a delay because life happens. That has nothing to do with leaving raw fish unrefrigerated. I suggest reviewing the Texas Health and Human Services guide on How to determine whether foods need time/temperature control. On page 9, you will find that sushi with raw fish should be treated as a temperature controlled food. THHS general recommendation of holding for cold foods is 41 degrees Fahrenheit. I discussed the issue with the owner’s for about 5 minutes. There were other to go orders besides mine sitting out so I’m sure those were left out longer than ten minutes as the owner claims as well. The owner’s response is much more polite here but they are stating falsehoods regarding temperature and time the food was sitting out. They still refuse to take responsibility for leaving to go orders with raw fish out at room temperature which could potentially give a customer food poisoning. Other sushi establishments I’ve frequented held to-go orders in a refrigerated appliance. I also recorded the incident so I have evidence to substantiate my claim.

Most importantly it is great quality! Nice selection of fresh fish. Quick service. What's not to like? Attention to detail. They offer \to go\ as well. And be sure and ask to try their Green Tea Ice Cream, while you're getting your sushi.

Quality here is always fresh and great tasting. Highly recommend the sashimi combo for lunch, as well as a side of the baked mussels. Owner of the business is very courteous and welcoming. I try to make it at least once a week, sometimes more.

Quaint, clean little place with some very tasty Sushi options. I had the Cherry Blossom (pictured), Spicy Tuna rolls & an order of Miso. Very well priced. Wish we had something like this where I live at. Great happy hour prices!
