SAM TH. - arrived before time, professional appearance, extremely knowledgeable about the services the company offered. He was concerned about the customer by wearing the proper gear for the current times. I would recommend SAM TH. as an upstanding agent. The answer to the question \Did you use this business?\, currently we have not made up our minds if we will get the foundation repaired, but if we do we will MORE THAN LIKELY, use this company.

Contacted Olshan to have our foundation checked and discuss problems with a patio that was falling away from the house. Worked with Mark Tomerlin and he came up with a plan/solution to our problem that fit our needs perfectly. Water was the issue, and it was causing the patio (poured separately from and not connected to the foundation) to fall away. Plan came together great as the Olshan crew came in and re-routed 4 downspouts underground, away from the house and demolished the old patio and poured a new beautiful patio to replace it. Thanks Olshan for a great job and a great crew to solve our problem!!!
Mark came out to give us a bid for foundation repair and although we have not had the work done yet I wanted to comment on his professionalism. He was here about 45 minutes doing the inspection and then sat with me explaining what he saw and what was taking place and how they could repair it. They also was able to quote for our front concrete where some areas are taller than the others. I didn't know Olshan took care of that as well so he was able to give me a bid for that too.
Ismael R.from Dallas and his team were very courteous, conscientious of flower beds and other yard work. There is very little if any evidence that we have had foundation work done. Ismael was great throughout the two days his team was here. Communicated with us throughout the entire process.They were able to level out our foundation to levels that were acceptable to even both of my brothers who are engineers. I would highly recommend Olshan for foundation repair and if possible request Ismael R and his team! Also Robert W our certified structural technician was also very honest, communicated what the process would be well and explained what he would recommend and why (also verified by engineers siblings) Thank you very much for the pleasure of working with a company that made a stressful situation for the most part easy!
Olshan sub contracts the work out so just use the subcontractors at a fraction of the price. Texas Foundation Services completed repairs on my house under the name of Olshan. Just call them and save thousands for the same work/workers literally.
