Josh was excellent with eradicating our squirrel problem in the attic! He was very thorough and knowledgable. He was dependable and showed up during the scheduled times. His quality work definitely showed as well when putting new screens on our foundation vents- it looks great! I'd definitely recommend Josh and Omega Animal Removal. We had previously worked with other companies and did NOT get results like we did with Omega (who actually resolved the issue entirely!). We're excited to not have squirrels rummaging about in the attic and can rest easy with the life-time warranty they provide as well.
Great company and customer service. I came across them via Google and was really pleased with the entire experience. The front office staff was really friendly and helpful, got a call back promptly from the representative that was coming to may house. Came with mask on, put on foot protection and was very respectful. He gave me a quick evaluation and helped me with my problem promptly and to my complete satisfaction.
Great people and great service all around. I had a great first year. I recently heard a noise in the attic. Called them and they were quick to come look over the house. Chris and his team did an OUTSTANDING job!!! I genuinely loved working with him. I had a rat infestation, and they trapped all rats, sealed all entry points, and I got an entire attic refurb. She the photos for a before and after. It’s always a gamble working with contractors for any work, as all of us home owners know. But Omega will provide honest, consistent, and quality work.
