If I could rate this as 0 stars I would. One Point manages multiple home health agencies. We were assigned A & S home health and they are absolutely TERRIBLE!. During the pandemic of COVID -19 they are not testing their nurses or therapist before they enter patient homes. We had two weeks of services before asking that important question. Each time the nurse was hours late with no communication. Suddenly our family tested positive. Called One Point to notify them of the situation and services were put on hold. Called back to report 2 weeks later negative test results they wanted her to be retested to have two negatives. When we asked to see a negative test before they returned services they said they are not required to test their nurses or therapist. They also mention they did not have a COVID team or process that would service our area. We responded with they will not step foot in our house without negative test results management company responded with you are exposed every time you walk outside your house. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! We called surgery doctor to have this agency removed from services and switch to a different company doctor 100% agreed. If you are assigned this home health agency call and ask for a different company.

This is a parent company of one of the services we were referred to. I do not believe that they have any quality control and it manifests by not showing any concern for doing their job or taking care of their patients. We had an evaluation with a nurse on Labor Day. A few days later, we had an eval for physical therapy. We never heard back from anyone on when they would be following up, nor when they would be coming back for my mom. I called their numbers a week later, but the numbers just rang--no answer, no voice mail. I called their parent company One Point Health Services, explained, and was transferred to them. Eventually, I got to talk to a person who said they didn't know anything about the problem and had a wound care nurse and physical therapist out later the week. The next week, at an office visit with the wound care doctor, the doctor informed me that instructions were not being followed as far as how to dress the wound. Later that day, my mom texts me that the PT was there for 20 minutes, but asked where Jack in the Box was and headed off to lunch. I called and again had to go through One Point to get to someone at Excel Plus. I spoke with Sheila who said she was VP of Operations. She said she had no idea that any of this went on. She said she would have a PT out to see my mom on 9/14 at 4p. No PT ever arrived. You can find better service in a gas station. Certainly better care for your loved ones. Keep shopping.
