I have no idea what concerns these other reviews might have. This is a wonderful branch and the staff knows what they are talking about and they made me feel valuable.
Even though I didn’t get my watch from this location, Ron was more than helpful in showing me where I had to go to activate pamguard. Thank you again.
Horrendous customer service. While I am lucky to be able to purchase an expensive watch; it is quite annoying when said watch stops working within a year and they do not honor their reported warranty. Do yourself a favor, shop elsewhere. It's been greater than 3 months since being sent for repair and it is still not back despite a 2-3 week quote on the reported turn around time. I have called many times inquire about status with no answer, call back, or email; i was only sent a survey on my service experience but that's it. After dropping off a watch on 8/20 i still didn't have the watch in my possession for Christmas photos on 11/22. Go to another company that communicates better and honors it's warranties.
I made an appointment with Olga the store manager to come in on a Friday recently and had the best experience. Olga was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient and showed me a number of watches based on my preferences and I ended up with the perfect watch. The whole experience couldn't have been better.
