Though the doctors, nurses, and other staff offered a great experience, the billing department needs some work. I simply asked for an itemized list of the charges showing what my insurance paid. I was told that they cannot give that to me, and that it would be noted in my account that I asked for that. When I asked to speak to someone who could help me get that, I was told there isn't anyone who can help me get that and that it would also be noted in my file. I was also told to check with my insurance. I am having a difficult time understanding how a business like this cannot give me an itemized list of charges.

The entire staff are incredible! They prepared me for what was to come and checked on my progress regularly during recovery. The result of my surgery exceeded my expectations exponentially and I am beyond thrilled with the results. The pain and discomfort wasn’t a fraction of what I thought it would be.

Nancy helped take care of me pre and post surgery. She is one of the nicest nurses I have ever met. Creates lovely conversation and helps calm you down when you’re nervous. I couldn’t have asked for a better nurse. Everyone who works for park city is so kind. If ever I have another procedure I’ll definitely be coming back to park city. I’m so thankful to the dutiful nurses who helped me. Thank you!

Third time I have been to this surgery center. Staff is always professional and attentive to every need. Can't say enough great things about them. Don't usually like surgery centers, in fact first time I was scheduled, I went by a few days early to check it out. They were very helpful, took the time to answer all my questions and put me at ease. That's why I never mind coming back and highly recommend them.

I have had to come to this surgical center 3 times because this is where my pain management doctor does his procedure. While the doctor is good the wait here every time before even being call back has been anywhere from 1 to 2 hours. The problem is I even have early appointments when you think there wouldn’t be a backlog. When I ask the people at the front desk, they just say sorry and offer no explanation as to why they are always behind. Someone in higher management need to review there metric (that’s assuming they have them), more the likely they don’t have them or we would notice and not be waiting as I am today. I know I can’t be the only one, out the people who are giving this place 5 stars need to thing about their wait times.
