Absolutely stellar!! I couldn't get any audio into my machine, but the speakers worked fine. Mic was dead, speakers fine, I was perplexed as all the settings looked fine and the headset worked just dandy on my laptop. I took it in, and not only did they recable the mess of a setup I had for absolutely no extra cost, they charged me a reduced rate after finding out the latest windows update had muted the microphone to all devices! It was under privacy settings for crying out loud! I have a new favorite shop now. Check out the cabling job!
