Went in to see if my child had allergies not feeling well she had to clean her ears to get the wax out to see and it made one bleed now she cannot hear and blood in both ears and having to go to an ear specialist. It was a different lady we saw this time.

Although the pediatricians are amazing, I have had by far the worst experience with the front office nurse Esmeralda. Every appointment I have had has been full of rude, inconsiderate, disrespectful attitudes from her. Don't go here if you want to be talked down to and belittled. I have brought it to the pediatricians attention and nothing was done. She decided to reschedule my appointment which I showed up early to, just to find out she cancelled my appointment. I will not be going back to schedule any further appoinment and would not recomend this pediatrician unless the got a new front office staff.
Begged the doctors for referrals for 9 months for my son 1 year old son who had 6 ER visits and 2 cases of RSV kept getting told he had allergies.. that he was just normal.. that I needed to calm down come to find out he has severe ashmah, trachial malayasia, larynxial Malaysia and aspirates when trying to swallow. Could have started his treatment a lot sooner and he could have had a much easier first year of life had it not been for the careless doctors and staff at this office.
