We are so incredibly happy with our service we received from Vincent Green at Pegasus. Our dryer was broken. Setting up our appointment was easy and they came out within the week. Vincent was professional, friendly, on time and quick to resolve our problem. We will definitely call them again for any repairs and recommend to friends and family.

Technician Vincent did a great job fixing our Samsung ice maker! We had a warranty claim through Samsung and booking the appointment was seamless. There was no cost to us, and Vincent fixed the issue on the first visit. I will only use Pegasus for appliance repairs in the future.
Technician came and diagnose Pump failure, He cleaned the basket and the saw floor there was no debris, We clean our dishes before we run cycle. Its five years old never had issue. when he pumped water water was still going thru pipes. He sent report to warranty company based on that they denied claim. I am not sure if its a scam they are running with warranty company to rip off clients. I am very disappointed as tech did not mention any thing about what is the issue and what is he sending to warranty company. Its total scam and harassment. I searched about this dishwasher it bad quality one , there area issues with pump and heating element even with new units.
They did nothing for us at all. Called them to make a service call to come out and repair our Frigidaire oven on our convection stove and they schedule our appointment but yet never came out on the appointment day. The guy Jeff who was supposed to show up text message me The day before to ask on the phone what was the issue and I told him on. The phone what the issue was and he said it was a control panel issue and he would need to order a part to fix the stove and never did and had us wait a whole week til finally that Thursday I called and ask them what the issue was and they basically seem to have my the run around and even finally text that Jeff guy to ask what was going on and he said they never order the part to repair our stove overnight and seem to have up the run around all week, so finally that following Monday I called and canceled our appointment and told them we going with someone else to repair the stove. What a bunch of awful service and then not honoring to come repair our stove at all and getting a bunch of run around, thank goodness we never payed them a dime of money yet because they never came out to do the job ever.
