Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. From the moment you walk in the store, the staff is asking how they can help you find what you need and introduce you to products. The prices are reasonable and they have a shopping card that saves 10% off purchases, and match most online prices. I would recommend the store to anyone, has they have supplies for any type pet.

Training in pet supplies plus is a dream and the doggie cookies are the best. There is a large supply of good brands of dog food and a medium area for cats. Also small area for small animals. The team members are always positive and talkative. They also have a great memory of people. Recommend this store all the time!
Orders are processed quickly and I've had new tags in as little as 3 days! The quality of the plastic tags are excellent, they don't chip or fade and the engraving can be readily cleaned with some 409 and an old toothbrush! I highly recommend Pet Supplies Plus...they are the only one for me!
First time going and loved this place! People are friendly and the shower dog station is absolutely amazing and worth the pay.
