My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Petrone for some years now and we have never had a reason to complain about her care. She is compassionate, listens to us during our visits and takes what we say in consideration. I can see why she was voted the Metroplex's #1 arthritis doctor by D magazine.

Dr. Petrone's practice shows a lack of follow-up and poor communication with potential new patients. I followed Dr. Petrone's requirements of having primary care provider (PCP) fax medical records, twice. Staff stated ot received\with each follow-up call. My PCP verified fax was sent \OK\ each time. My last call was managed rudely and showed a lack of caring.
