My original review detailed a somewhat poor experience at the beginning , my order was placed at the end of October and it should’ve been delivered no later than the end of December; due to COVID there were some delays and I did receive my order last week. Today, I received a call from the owner, who provided me with incite as to what may have occurred with my order and the possible breakdown in communication. She immediately offered me an apology and a solution to remedy my issue. Tiffany was professional and sincere in her appreciation for her patrons, I can truly appreciate the conversation and her addressing my issues.

I. LOVE. MY. DRESS. I highly recommend Pink Lucy. Tiffany, the owner, displayed wonderful customer service throughout my ordering process from beginning to end. The quality of my dress was amazing. She and her team are so incredibly talented. I truly felt like a Queen in my 30th Birthday Dress!
I purchased a few custom made masks and I am so impressed. I love that I can change the filters and they are so freaking sexy! Easy to wear.... and best of all MY GLASSES DO NOT FOG UP!!! I am so ready to pair them with my teacher clothes and my out and about wear. Y’all shop Pink Lucy!
I love this Unique boutique guys, the energy is so refreshing! Today was my first time coming and I received such positive and professional help from the Owner herself she was great! The clothing is well put together and the custom pieces are done so intricately with great timing! I really recommend this Boutique and it’s services as a must go to! Overall I’ll be back !!!!
My daughter's prom dress was never received in time for her Senior Prom on May 31, 2018. Designer claimed to have shipped it on May 30, 2018. A dress of this magnitude and price should not have been shipped the day before a major life event. Instead of taking selfies all weekend and partying work should've been completed in order to guarantee the promise made of the product being on time. My child will never get this moment back again. Pink Lucy stated o refunds\ which means she needs to guarantee customers receive their PAID merchandise on time. This is the first of many complaints and my daughter will be reimbursed for her pain and suffering of missing her Senior Prom.
