Customer Service is horrible. Pizza was order at 11:30 worker scan the order and never delivered. Tell me that they tried to call me and wait 10 min. When I was sitting outside and no one show up. Then call back and the manager tells me. She was trying to go home cause she had to open in the morning. No refund was given. So I paid for pizza that I never receive.

I ordered pizza from this location for dinner, which is only 2 minutes from out house, and it's over 30 minutes late now. I called the restaurant to check on it, and it had a busy tone 3 times when I called!! I finally got ahold of the location and they hung up on me. When I called back, she claimed they were short staffed and therefore could not give me a refund, She could only give me a refund if they messed up my order. Is being 30 minutes late, not answering the phone, and hanging up on me not considered messing up? I will NEVER order from this location- Dominos, you have my business from now on. Oh! And the pizza was cold when it was finally delivered.

While the pizza tastes good and the deliverers are prompt and courteous, this location keeps messing orders up. Last time they didn't put cheese on the pizza and had the gall to say \there probably was some\ like I don't know what cheese looks or tastes like. This time they forgot a topping and the crust takes up nearly half the pizza (pictured) The cooks need to stop rushing and pay attention to what they are doing.
