Eric Renteria in Collision is great to work with. I brought my Expedition in to get a deep scratch repaired and like the undo button on your computer you couldn't even tell the difference. Talk to him, he will get you the best possible deal and their body shop guys are amazing. They also keep you posted on what they are doin to your vehicle till the end. Recently moved into the area and needed service. Scheduled an appointment online with John Green over the weekend. I called first thing Morning morning to discuss my needed repairs and the availability of a courtesy vehicle while service & warranty work was completed. I didn't get a call back. A few hours later I called again and got connected with him, where I was asked if I bought the vehicle here - as if that was a qualifier for good customer service. When I said no, I guess I fell off the preferred customer list. I work in my car, I use my car to take me to and from clients and need a car. I cannot be without one for the day. In previous service scenarios, anything more than an oil change, essentially deemed a courtesy vehicle as necessary - and the dealership was glad to supply one. I am shocked and surprised. I was told Park Cities Ford was top notch - and now I see they were bought by Planet, and I guess policies have changed - where customers are not put first. Maybe someone will see this and reach out to make right, as first impressions are important.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Joe didn’t try to oversell us, add on any unnecessary fees, or pressure us in any way. He was there to answer any questions that we had and was very personable. Carlo in financing was exceptional as well. We would go back and would recommend the dealership. It was just a super easy buying experience all the way around.

Buying a new car can always be a stressful process but from the moment I reached out with a brief inquiry, Travis was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire process and making sure I left with the vehicle I wanted. I've bought several vehicles over the last 12 years and I've never left a good review on none of those dealers. There was some miscommunication when signing the documents and I didn't notice until 2 days later. I called the dealership to notify them of the error/dissatisfaction. Jeremy and Carlo made sure it was taken care of and I was a satisfied customer, sorry I didn't mean customer because they treated me like family. When it comes time for an upgrade I know for sure where I'll be going.
