I only was here for a few weeks as it just wasn't the right fit for me, however, I really enjoyed working with this group of people in Dallas. The Office Manager is great to work for if you're an adult and do your job. No micromanaging at all! Once you build your book of business, which isn't hard, the is great for a long term opportunity. If I had any passion at all for the industry, I wouldn't have left.

Use with caution, they will make any excuse to pay you less than the agreed upon load amount.

Per Employment Inquiries... I can only speak on my experience, go to the interview... get judged by the pretentious young guy doing the interview. Maybe they’ll call you back and confirm a position, or they’ll get you in, shop around for their ideal millennial and never contact you again, regardless of qualifications. So, excuse the response from the owner that is soon to follow after my review. Then, maybe I could get closure on some contact back from this company.

Most of the people that I worked with and for at this company were astute in their occupations. The corporate office, located in Cranberry, Pennsylvania, was very professional in their communications with me. The company was very professional in their training of new employees as they sent the new hires to Houston to stay in a very nice hotel and train at the local office. Unfortunately this company was not a good fit for me because I don't do to well in taking personal attacks on my professional character and I refuse to be mistreated by my sales manager or his customers. I understand the need for business and customer satisfaction and I always go the extra mile for that but there are lines that can be crossed that make things personal. For example, veiled threats of physical violence by customers, false accusations of unprofessional conduct that are reported by customers with a personal relationship to my supervisor and then those accusations are used against me under the guise of 'employee counseling' to create a system of psychological indebtedness while simultaneously questioning my integrity (I'm going to let you go this time but it better not happen again scenario), to have my creativity frowned upon by my supervisor when I attempted to improve telecommunication techniques during my time off, to have my supervisor use body language that is indicative of an impending physical attack against me to assert his authority and to have an office worker insult my professional character. Everyday I asked, in earnest, \What can I do for you?\ \What can I do for the team?\ Your ultimate response to me, \Your not a team player you are a bootlicker.\ I think otherwise.
