This is our go to place in Dallas! We LOVE the pizza. By husband loves the spaghetti and meatballs and the appetizers are great! Service has always been great. We have been going here since 1984. There are many places to eat in Dallas but do yourself a favor and give this a try! We live in Oklahoma btw....

Terrible service, no coordination or communication. Overpriced for the extremely small portions. Overall very mediocre; extremely dissapointed. Photo attached of the 13 dollar spaghetti I bought, after returning because they forgot it. Put on hold for 7 minutes as well. After that, I called the store and the owner said that after 39 years of service, he was unable to refund any of the order because he didn't know how. Honestly depressing how incompetent this restaurant was. So frustrated with this terrible service.

I found this place because of the winter storm. They were one of the few places with power and still open. My gf and I were actually going to go to canes next door and saw they were open. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza and we both were pleasantly surprised at how good it was! I moved to dallas in November and have tried maybe 6 different spots, this is the best I've had. We will be back!

Finally decided to try this Pasta house and was let down. First of all the food was 15 (as i was expecting) what i was not expecting was the small portion of pasta with barely any sauce. Basic salad with oil and a chunk of uncooked raw bread. Respectfully save your money and make pasta at home. It will taste a lot better..

A friend told me Prego Pasta House was a Dallas staple, so we gave it a shot. I was not disappointed. We started with the small order of Crab Claws, which was more than enough for two. Not just the crab claws which were tender and perfectly prepared for eating without any cracking/digging effort, but also the oil and seasoning was perfect to dip bread in. I ordered the manicotti and, while the presentation left a bit to be desired, the pasta, cheese, and meat sauce were all excellent together. I added a sausage on top, and could have done without. It was a bit dry and didn’t add much to the meal, but it wasn’t a huge expense and it didn’t take away from the food necessarily. Service was excellent. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly, and quick with the recommendations. I’d definitely go back.
