The whole team was great. Michelle was amazing. She didn’t waste one spare moment. If there was something she could be taking care of to make our visit more efficient she did that. The whole staff is positive and warm and welcoming. Highly recommend.

I used the online tool to schedule an appointment. I arrived on time and still had to wait over an hour beyond my scheduled time. The goal at PrimaCare is to exceed the patients expectations and in this case it was the complete opposite. The response i was given when I asked why I was still waiting was \They are moving as fast as they can baby.\ A complete lack of empathy and evidently training for the admin area. I am amazed how employers allow a lack of care, empathy and enthusiasm from client facing employees to be shown and communicated to a paying customer, the very customer keeping the lights on and the doors open. There is an evident need in leadership, an increase in ownership and an overall new approach to the service levels that employees and clinic leaders are providing. To many options in the clinical landscape to HAVE to choose PrimaCare.
I was feeling sick and decided to get a rapid test. Made a appointment online. They got me in no problem. I unfortunately tested positive for covid. They did a swab test but never took my temperature, which I thought was very old. Days later I was trying to get a z pack or steroids (per another doctor suggestion) cause I was pretty sick. I called them to see if they could call me in some meds since they diagnosed me. They actually wanted me to come back in knowing I was covid POSITIVE. They told me just to wear a mask. I couldn’t believe it. I of course would never do that and put other people at risk. Needless to say, I will never go back to this clinic.
It was awesome! Everybody in that facility (Mockingbird and Abrams) was awesome. They truly care for me and also they are very very very knowledgeable! Thank you fir caring.
From beginning to end, I experienced friendly, thorough, and skilled care. The entire staff answered my questions. I left feeling better and more informed about my health and well being. You All Are Truly Essential. Thank you for going above and beyond! Happy Thanksgiving
