Dan and his team delivered! We had a difficult schedule and Dan worked with us and made it happen on time. One of the installers, Barnaby, even noticed a small flaw in one of the windows and replaced it right away. Everything looks great.

I highly recommend Rhonda and her team at Pro 1 Windows and Doors My wife and I have been planning a few home renovation projects since we moved into our 1973 ranch style home two years ago. At the top of my list was replacing the original single paned windows throughout our home. We had Rhonda come out to the house and take measurements over a year ago. When the time was right and money was in the bank, we reached out to Rhonda and she came back out to take final measurements and review the types of windows and doors we wanted. Rhonda immediately sent over a bid and set clear expectations for the production of the windows, any custom features, and installation timeline. Everything went smoothly and her install team was able to get all of the windows done in 1 day!!! They came back the next day to install the door and everything went according to plan. Rhonda and her team offer a quality service, professionalism, and responsiveness that few other vendors have matched throughout our home renovation process.

I am absolutely thrilled with the work I received from Rhonda and her team. I had 4 old wooden windows replaced (one had rotted out and broken, and prompted the precautionary replacement of the others) and the vinyl they were replaced with looks and feels wonderful. The installation was fast, effective, and super impressive. I live on a second and third story condo unit with the windows being on a third floor. How they were able to make changing that window look effortless - I do not know, but they did! I highly recommend Rhonda and her team! When I get around to replacing my old wooden exterior doors (soon hopefully!) I will definitely be using Pro 1 Windows and Doors again!

I couldn't be more pleased with this entire process. We replaced odd sized windows and a rear patio door in a 1950s home. Rhonda was amazing right from the beginning. She was super responsive and worked with a couple different design options for us. Pricing was excellent and the install crew were quick and respectful of our messy home. 15 windows and a door were installed in 1.5 days.
