If I could give a zero I would!!! Very unprofessional and dishonest. Pro wraps is not a business! Contacted them from here and they will give you a different address to come to. Location is very suspect. No business signs or nothing. They lie and say they got 2 or 3 cars and will fit you in. I was doing a single strip, door handle, and And half mirrors told me it would take a half day. Once they have your vehicle they will no longer answer or respond to you. Needless to say after the first day of no response. I popped up guy says he broke his phone was fixing it. (No business phone) at that time Nothing done to the car. No other vehicle were there But mine. Say he did the car but had to take it all off cause manufacture missed up a part of the carbon and In order to take that part back they had to have it all back. So he took it all off but they didn’t have any more in stock. Told me no one in the country does. (Weird). Guy reeked of alcohol too. It rained Night before me taking the car so I looked at the hood a trunk and the same water spots were still there when I dropped it off. He then told me it would be done tomorrow he would text me the pic of it before he took it all off. (never got them) so the next day still nothing so I decided to just take my car else where just didn’t feel right. The guy acted like he wanted to hold my car hostage and want to fight. Keep in mind there absolutely no work done to the car. I do not deal with this scam you will be very disappointed. Guy started to give me the vibe that they were trying to take stuff off or out the vehicle. This was a brand new sports car off the show room floor. Now that I got my car he seem to be able to communicate with no problems. This place is fraud
These guys actually do a wonderful job
I don’t care what anyone say I tried them and man they did a really good job and the most important part is the corners. They guy did a really good job on my car I love it and I surprised my wife she also loved it so much. I highly recommend them. Thank you all for the awesome job.
Called in to ask how much would it be to wrap my roof and wing specifically. The guy who answered the phone was RUDE as hell. Definitely will not be getting my service.
