Lesa was my recruiter and was very horrible. I could have been on the assignment but Lisa made it hard for me to even complete the assignment I've been waiting on a check for 3 weeks only 4.5 hours the HR lady ask me to go to FedEx to turn in my payroll paperwork and I was on an assignment Lisa didn't warn me everything went backwards I've been trying to collect my check for 3 weeks and this is a poor company to even work for

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME! You will be waiting over a month for a position to start. Eventhough the recruiter is very polite and sends you updates daily, you will definitely be waiting a lengthy amount of time for a position to start. I highly recommend going to another temp service!

Waste of time. I signed up with them about 3 months ago. I expressed to the recruiter that I was looking for employment immediately. I would often look at their website and submit my resume for the various job openings. The website states that a recruiter will contact you shortly after you submit your resume. That's not correct. I probably submitted my resume for 20-30 positions and was probably contacted three times. I've even emailed to follow up about a job opening, only to have my email go unanswered. It is apparent, I was not a priority or even a slight consideration for any of the job openings. I can't remember the last time I was so blatantly ignored by an agency. I have definitely learned my lesson that I need to do more research before I waste my time and gas signing up with a job agency. I guess I'm use to people doing what they say they are going to do. I'm done with this agency. I sent them an email to deactivate my file. It shouldn't be a big deal since they've never contacted me once about a job and I doubt anyone reads the email.

Great company to work for! The amount of knowledge the employees have for the Insurance Industry is remarkable and without a doubt known among their clients and candidates. Would recommend them to anyone looking to join the industry and or ready to make their next move!

The Pros at Questpro are second to none! In an effort to avoid making another misstep in my career, I must admit I was quite hesitant to partner with just any recruiter during my transition. From the very first conversation with Trent Bush I took comfort in placing my career aspirations in his hands. With that said, our initial contact was delayed due to personal scrutiny, nearly costing me the right opportunity that was almost settled before I inquired. Trent not only connected me directly to the hiring Manager, within 2 weeks I enjoyed an amazing trip to the Regional office, complete with interviews at multiple levels and an offer of which I could not refuse. Well done and many thanks for your persistence, negotiation skills and candor throughout this relatively short process. I attained my “best case scenario” exceeding expectations and a career move of a lifetime. I highly recommend to the busy Executive without time to waste. Five stars!
