Through all the maintenance and repair Quigley was reliable, professional & a good value. I currently need repair for evaporator leaks replacing a capacitor so I decided to see what their competitors were quoting. I was shocked by the competitors’ price gouging and inexperience. Very prompt in his professionalism (e.g. email and question response times, thorough answers, et). An exception customer-facing frontman! •\tScheduling – always well communicated and ON-TIME everytime…! This become exceeding rare in our experience in the thriving residential services industry. •\tInstallation Crew – very respectful and everyone spoke English. As a native Spanish speaker, it not an issue for me, but all too often my wife has been in the difficult position with contractors when I’m at work to try to communicate with other project crews that didn’t speak ANY English. A simple but noticeable customer consideration. All of your crews show a sincere appreciation and respect that they were in OUR HOME. •\tPricing – Competitive and simple. I like the bottom line pricing with everything included. •\tPost Install Follow-up – I applaud Chris’ check-in after the installations.
