Highly dissatisfied with the personnel. First time about to walk-in when i was told that i needed my ID to go in. Then another gentleman stated, “you need to bring your tax ID to open up a business”. I stated, i just need to see what you have to know if i want to open up an account. Then the gentleman said to walk in you need to have your tax id for our records. Also stated... “DO YOU THINK OTHER BUSINESSES WILL JUST LET YOU WALK IN LIKE THAT? As a matter of fact they do allow you to walk in. I told them that never mind because i dont want their business anymore. The way they conduct bussiness is very unprofessional and that is not the way to get new customers.
